2009 Pilot Project
- 30 children and youth between the ages of 8 and 16 enrolled in pilot project
- Backgrounds of the children: Darfurian, South Sudanese, Mexican, Pakistani, Filipino, Korean, Afghani and Tunisian.
- The FHL assisted to link 4 families to both football & hockey associations
- Partnerships developed with Calgary Stampeders, First Canada, Hockey Calgary and the University of Calgary Dinos Football team to deliver subsequent program

2010 Season
- 47 children and youth between the ages of 8 to 16 enrolled in the FHL program
- Backgrounds of the children: Darfurian, South Sudanese, Mexican, Pakistani, Filipino, Korean, Afghani and Tunisian.
- The FHL assisted to link 10 of our kids to mainstream hockey associations and 3 kids to football associations
- Tickets donated by the Calgary Stampeders to FHL participants and family members to attend Calgary Stampeders football game
- Ice sessions offered by Hockey Calgary through the fall of 2010
- Tickets for SAIT and MRU hockey game donated by Kidsport
- Calgary Hitmen donated tickets to the Heritage Classic Alumni and Hitmen games at MacMahon Stadium for February 2011

- 45 children and youth between the ages of 8 and 16 enrolled in the FHL program
- Backgrounds of the children: South Sudanese, Sudanese, Pakistani, Lebanese, Chinese, Congolese, Filipino, and Korean
- The FHL assisted to link 10 children to mainstream hockey associations and 2 registered in the football associations
- In addition, several participants indicated their interest in the 2012 FHL volunteer/mentorship program
- Tickets donated by the Calgary Stampeders to FHL participants and family members to attend Calgary Stampeders football game
- Ice sessions offered by Hockey Calgary through the fall of 2011
- Tickets donated by Hockey Calgary to the 2011 World Junior Hockey games
- Partnership developed with Kids Up front

2012 Season
- 40 children and youth between the ages of 8 and 16 enrolled in the FHL program
- Backgrounds of the children: Iraqi, Ethiopian, Sudanese, Mexican, Peruvian, Colombian, Chinese and Nigerian
- The FHL assisted to link 25% of the children to mainstream hockey and football associations
- The FHL started their volunteer/mentorship program in 2012 with 11 former FHL participants (11 yrs and older) coming back to mentor and support coaches and participants
- Tickets donated by the Calgary Stampeders to FHL participants and family members to attend Calgary Stampeders football game
- Ice sessions offered by Hockey Calgary through the fall of 2012

2013 Season
- 32 children and youth enrolled in the 2013 Season
- Participants’ cultural backgrounds include India, China, Colombia, South Sudan, Sudan, Somalia, Vietnam, Nigeria, and Congo.
- Of the 15 volunteer, 7 were youth who were previous participants of FHL
- FHL supported 11 kids to register at the community level, in hockey and football
- Calgary Hitman donated tickets for FHL families to attend the Hitman Lunar hockey game held in February, 2014
- New partnership developed with Rob Kerr and the CTRL-F Summer Camp enabling 10 former FHL participants to build skills and experience a summer hockey camp
